Visit to Dole
To discover all the facets of this Jura town, the best way is to follow… the Perched Cat! A playful nod to Marcel Aymé, who spent his childhood in Dole, the Perched Cat trail invites you to discover, at your own pace, the essentials of this charming Jura town.
Enter the archways, look up to admire the details of the facades, notice certain statues or fountains, and of course, discover the iconic sites of Dole's heritage, such as the Notre-Dame Collegiate Church, the Hôtel-Dieu, or the Rue du Collège de l’Arc.
Don't hesitate to take the side paths as you please: right next to the Louis Pasteur's birthplace, for example, a passageway leads you to the banks of the charming Tanners' Canal.
Follow it and enter Passage Raynaud, a surprise awaits you! Upon your arrival in Dole, take the time to stop by the Tourist Office on Place Grévy, which will provide you with all the necessary information, including a map to follow the Chat Perché trail.

The Wine Route
Le Saint Antoine is located 40 km from the Wine Route. This visit is ideal for discovering the winemaking heritage of Burgundy's great wines. Many estates organize tastings and cellar tours by reservation.
We recommend Domaine Philippe Germain, a partner for several years; their wines are highly appreciated by our clients.
Located in the heart of a region rich in winemaking heritage, Domaine Philippe Germain welcomes you to Nantoux, a stone's throw from Meursault (21 Côte d'Or, Burgundy).
It was in 1995 that Philippe took over the reins of the family estate, succeeding his parents. At the time, the estate comprised 9 hectares of vines.
Subsequently, in 2008, Philippe's nephew, Maxime Champaud, decided to join his uncle at the estate to pursue his passion for winemaking. Since his arrival, Maxime has added 6 hectares of land.
Today, the estate comprises 19 hectares of vines and produces an average of 100,000 bottles per year.
The vines are cultivated without herbicides, pesticides, or insecticides, and with non-carcinogenic fungicides. The Philippe Germain Estate participates in the Phyto Challenge, recognized by the Chamber of Agriculture, which aims to minimize the use of pesticides in order to respect both nature and the product: wine. The estate is certified HVE (High Environmental Value) level 3. All winemaking and aging processes are carried out using organic farming practices.
The Philippe Germain Estate offers numerous prestigious Burgundy appellations, with wines that are easily approachable in their youth. All are aged in oak barrels.
