1 General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
1-1 Application
These GTC apply to sales transactions concluded by the Hotel Restaurant Le Saint Antoine with individual or professional clients.
1-2 Capacity
Every client of the Hotel Restaurant Le Saint Antoine acknowledges having the capacity to contract, i.e., being of legal age and not under guardianship or conservatorship.
1-3 Prices
Prices are indicated in Euros. VAT is always included. The prices indicated include only the services specifically mentioned in the reservation. The price quoted in the reservation will be supplemented, upon invoicing, by any additional services provided by the hotel during your stay and, where applicable, the tourist tax. The applicable prices are those in effect on the day of the reservation. Hoteliers, as independent professionals, are free to change their prices at any time. Therefore, the price displayed on the website is only valid for bookings made while it is displayed. Only the price indicated in the booking confirmation is binding. 1-4 Payment Terms Payment for all services is made directly to the hotel during your stay. Your bank details on the website are not used for payment but only as a guarantee of your reservation. The hotel reserves the right to debit your credit card via remote payment only with your consent for a deposit payment (in which case written confirmation from you will be required) or in the event of non-compliance with the cancellation policy.
1-5 Force Majeure
Force majeure is defined as any event beyond the control of the parties that is both unforeseeable and insurmountable, preventing either the client or the hotel from fulfilling all or part of the obligations stipulated in the contract.
This includes, in particular, strikes, insurrections, riots, and prohibitions issued by governmental or public authorities.
It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends the performance of the parties' reciprocal obligations, and that each party shall bear the resulting costs.
In particular, clients shall be solely responsible for any additional costs that may be incurred to allow the continuation of the trip following the occurrence of a force majeure event. major.
1-6 Complaints
All complaints must be made to the hotel within 30 days of the date of stay.

1-7 Liability
The safety of property and people within the establishment is the sole responsibility of the hotel.

These terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law and the jurisdiction of the Courts of Dijon.
2 Special Conditions
In the absence of specific booking and cancellation conditions (communicated to the customer at the time of booking), the following special conditions apply to all direct bookings with Hotel Restaurant Le Saint Antoine (by phone or email)
Reservations for individual stays (leisure, business)
2-1 Booking Conditions
To guarantee their reservation, the client is asked to provide their credit card number, which is transmitted securely.
The reservation is only firm and final upon receipt of the confirmation sent to the client by Hotel Restaurant Le Saint Antoine.
The client is asked to plan to arrive at the hotel between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM and to notify the hotel in case of late arrival.
Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Any departure after this time (if prior authorization has been granted by reception) will be charged €30/hour.
Full payment for the stay is made directly to The hotelier.
In certain cases, the hotelier may request a deposit to guarantee the reservation, according to the terms specified when the reservation request is made.
For business reservations, the Hôtel Restaurant Le Saint Antoine will require confirmation of the booking (by email) clearly indicating the services included. Payment will be made upon receipt of the invoice sent by the Hôtel Restaurant Le Saint Antoine.
2-2 Reservation Modification
Any request to modify a reservation must be made to the Hôtel Restaurant Le Saint Antoine by telephone at +33 3 80 47 11 33 and confirmed by email to lesaintantoine@orange.fr.
The reservation modification is only firm and final after receipt of confirmation by the Hôtel Restaurant Le Saint Antoine.
Modification requests may, where applicable, result in the application of the cancellation policy.
In the event of force majeure or due to exceptional circumstances, the hotel reserves the right to accommodate guests in a nearby hotel of equivalent category, without any additional financial compensation.
2-3 Cancellation Policy
To cancel a reservation, the guest must contact the Hôtel Restaurant Le Saint Antoine Cancellations must be made by any means of communication: email, telephone, at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations must be made before 4:00 PM the day before arrival. In this case, the reservation is cancelled free of charge. However, if the cancellation deadline is met, the deposit amount can be reused for a future stay.
In case of cancellation due to force majeure, and upon presentation of supporting documentation to the hotel, cancellation fees will not be applied to the client, and the deposit holder will receive a full refund.
Group Stay Reservations (Leisure, Business, Seminars)
2-6 Booking Conditions
When a reservation is made, a pro forma invoice is sent to the organizer, along with a request for a deposit. The group booking will only be considered "firm and final" upon receipt of the deposit. The deposit payment schedule is indicated on the booking contract established for each request.
2-7 Modification or Cancellation of a Booking

The modification or cancellation of a booking is only firm and final upon receipt of confirmation by the Hôtel Le Saint Antoine.

2-8 Cancellation Conditions
Total or partial cancellation, free of charge, up to 31 days before the date arrival date. Beyond:
- 50% of the stay amount between 30 and 21 days before the arrival date.
- 75% of the stay amount between 20 and 7 days before the arrival date.
- 100% of the stay amount between 6 days and the day of arrival
